Fur-Angel Foundation is a foster-based dog rescue on Oʻahu with no physical shelter. Instead, rescued dogs live with volunteer foster families while they receive veterinary care, socialization, supplies, and the everyday experience of living in a home.
The organization says its dogs receive indirect training and personal attention through their time with foster families, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need for life with an adoptive family. Adoptions include veterinary care such as spay/neuter, microchipping, vaccinations, testing, and a wellness exam.
Fur-Angel also uses adoption events, community outreach, and education to promote responsible pet care, spaying and neutering, and adoption. The result is a rescue model built around homes and people rather than kennels.

Fur-Angel Foundation doesn't have a shelter. Its rescue work happens inside a network of foster homes, where dogs can experience something closer to everyday family life while they heal, learn, and become ready for adoption.
